Richard Bikowski offers 30 years of expertise in the residential and commercial real estate investment markets. More specifically, residential and commercial land development/assembly; luxury hotel sales, luxury new home sales and the mortgage financing industry.
He began his successful career in 1989 in Toronto, Ontario Canada and Just recently moved to South Florida, while still maintaining an office in Toronto. Through his high level of leadership and management experience, throughout his tenure, he uses a very “hands on”, “no -nonsense” approach to achieve exceptional results. Richard has a reputation for judicious use of resources, putting the client’s needs at the forefront. This unique blend of experience allows him to customize programs to clients individually, through education, therefore creating a positive impact on the outcome.
At the age of 24, Richard jumped into the real estate industry, selling custom built estate homes, hotels, restaurants, and night clubs. As an investor, Richard purchased his first small motor hotel and modest resort at the age of 25, thus expanding his career in real estate. Eventually, Richard propelled his interest via development projects, which included and not limited to: the conversion of an 80,000 square foot hotel to a 5 Star luxury retirement home, consisting of 112 suites plus 25 townhouses.
In addition, Richard holds a Mortgage License in Canada, lending to and specializing in medium to large-sized residential/commercial developments, that which include and are not limited to: mezzanine funding, vertical construction and residential resale lending.
Richard prides himself in his integrity, and mentorship roles with colleagues, clients, family and friends.
Richard enjoys scuba diving, swimming, sailing, working out at the gym, and loves watching movies with his family. He also holds a Private Pilot’s license.
