Mr. Bradbury has completed more than one million square feet of local and national corporate lease transactions, and the design and implementation of occupancy cost reduction strategies for private and publicly traded clients resulting in P&L savings in excess of $100 million. Additionally, he has successfully completed more than $1 billion in investment sales transactions for banks, special servicers, corporate users and institutional holders of real estate.
Prior to joining RBJ, which worked for three years providing real estate, financial and operational guidance to early stage businesses. Rich began his career with Ernst & Young, LLP where he earned his CPA license.
