About the Centre FACILITIES Midlothian Innovation Centre is a thriving Business and Technology Centre only 7 miles from Edinburgh. We offer a wide range of accommodations, including offices, combined workshop/office units, and individual workshops. Our Main Building has 21500 sq ft of office space of varying sizes over two floors. Our Centre House building provides 6000 sq ft of office and laboratory space over four floors. The Centre offers excellent technical facilities, including meeting rooms, conference/lecture theatre and training facilities plus ample free car parking.
