Richard Drennan specializes in the sale of multifamily, retail and development sites throughout Florida. Prior to joining the Fitzgerald Group, he served as Executive VP of a leading South Florida development firm directing all acquisitions, sales and property financing for a retail portfolio of 3,800,000 sq. ft. and over 3,000 apartment units. He has successfully developed grocery-anchored retail centers, drug stores and a marina. Past clients have included several domestic and international very HNWI, Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific, Prudential Real Estate Investors, CALPERS and James Campbell Company LLC. Mr. Drennan has resided in South Florida since 1991 and is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in finance.
