Richard is a Partner in the Business Space Agency department with over 28 years post-qualification experience as a Chartered Surveyor. He has acted on some of the largest occupier office acquisitions in Leeds and the Yorkshire region in recent years and has advised on a number of flagship schemes including Whitehall Riverside and City Square House. Richard keeps appraised of the latest market and development trends and advises developers and occupiers on their strategic property requirements.
A member of the RICS, British Council for Offices and Office Agents Society he also provides development appraisal / valuation advice to clients across the Region.
