Formally the broker and owner of The Elkins Company in Woodland from 1988 -1997, Rick affiliated with NAI Sacramento Valley Commercial in 1997. Rick specializes in all aspects of Industrial properties from industrial investment sales to land site selection and acquisition, build-to suit development and leasing and has over 22 years of experience in the Industrial Real Estate field.
Rick is a graduate of California State University Sacramento, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Real Estate and Land Use and a Minor in Economics. A Real Estate Broker since 1981, Rick is also a former licensed community college instructor, who taught real estate principals, practices and appraisals class in the 1990’s.
Rick was the 1991 President of the Woodland Chamber of Commerce and also served at the 1992 President of the Yolo County Chamber of Commerce. He served as the 1993 President of ACRE Sacramento’s Association of Commercial Real Estate and was on the Board of Trustee of Woodland Health Care Foundation for 12 years.
