Richard´s interest in real estate has led him to be active with the Lake Cities Association of Realtors of which he served on the Board of Directors and as a Board Member for the Collin County Association of REALTORS. From January 2007 to October of 2009 he managed a large real estate franchise in Garland, managing as many as 75 agents. In October 2009 he resumed his career in full time real estate, leveraging his management and training to providing a high level of service and professionalism to his clients. In late 2016 he opened his own real estate brokerage and has 29 agents in the office.
Richard also is owner of Mustang Property Management Group managing investment properties for his clients.
Richard resides in Sachse and is married to Jennie. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Richard has been very active in community service having served four years as City Councilman for the City of Garland and on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Lucas. Richard and his wife Jennie were foster parents for 10 years and adopted one of them (Joy). They are active members of Sachse First Baptist Church in Sachse, TX.
Richard earned his Broker’s license in June of 2010.
