Richard has been a licensed real estate broker based in Stamford, Connecticut and active in the brokerage of commercial and industrial properties throughout Fairfield County since 1972. He has been involved in the brokerage of over 5,600,000-sq. ft. of office space, over 1,950,000-sq. ft. of industrial space and the sale or lease of over 352 acres of land. For the first eighteen years of his career, he was affiliated with two Stamford based commercial real estate brokerage firms. In 1991, he established his own firm, which allows him to provide personal services directly to his customers. He is an Active Member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
