Mr. Hollowell offers his clients nearly 25 years of experience in banking, finance and commercial real estate brokerage. Richard began his career in the banking industry and most recently ran a multi-state commercial real estate department for a $40 billion national bank. His focus was on providing capital for the construction and refinance of office, charter schools, retail, multi-family and mixed use properties. He has been involved in over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions during his career. Further, he has been involved with the facilities financing of over 26 charter schools nationwide. Mr. Hollowell is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California.
Mr. Hollowell is a graduate of the University of Michigan (BS, Finance) and the University of Arizona (M.B.A). While a resident of Arizona, Richard was a member of the City of Scottsdale’s Board of Adjustments. Further, he is a veteran of the Marine Corps where he received several meritorious awards and promotions.
