CEO of RE/MAX Commercial Brokers in Metairie (New Orleans), Louisiana: Richard’s primary specialties are in Industrial & Office Leasing & Sales, and Investments. He has been in commercial and investment real estate since ‘88. He handles user-side needs of corporate and local clients, and investment sales throughout the Gulf Coast.
He served as the 2010 International President of The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute (Chicago, IL-18,500 members). Mr. Juge has served at a State level as Chairman on the Commercial Industry Committee, LA/MS CCIM Chapter President, and Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metro Assn. of Realtors’ President. He also served on the board of directors nationally for www.STDB.com.

To date his accomplishments include being honored for the largest commercial office leases in ‘97, ’00, ’01, & ‘02, largest office sale of ’11 &‘12, the largest special purpose transaction in ‘98, the largest industrial leases in 2004, ‘05, & ’06, the largest industrial sale in ’10;, largest land sale in ‘14 and the largest retail sale in ‘09 by the Commercial Investment Division of New Orleans Metro Association of Realtors. Mr. Juge has ranked in the top 25 commercial agents in RE/MAX Worldwide for the last couple years and was recently inducted into their highest level of production by being recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the age of 41 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2007.
