Bio
Richard serves as the Associate Director of Capital Markets and associate broker in the Manufactured Housing & RV Group located in Denver, CO.
He specializes in the underwriting, marketing, due diligence, and closing process for clients on investment properties nationwide. With more than 6 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, his knowledge and understanding of the industry equip him to identify opportunities that correspond with his clients’ unique needs as well as maximize value for his clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Richard was an Associate at both The Blackstone Group and The Carlyle Group and while there he gained extensive experience in underwriting, evaluating, and negotiating the acquisition of commercial real estate assets. Additionally, Richard worked as an Asset Manager while at The Carlyle Group and managed a portfolio of office and manufactured housing assets in California. Before that, he worked as an Analyst at The Praedium Group, where he was responsible for the acquisition, asset management, and repositioning efforts of residential and commercial properties.
During his career, he has been involved in the acquisition of more than $1 Billion of commercial real estate, including over $250 Million of manufactured housing communities.
