Richard Nash is a Vice President with CBRE's Agency Leasing Group. Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, he was Vice President of Marketing at Trammell Crow Company.
Mr. Nash has 20 years of experience in Office Brokerage and Project Leasing. During his 11-year tenure at Northpark Town Center, he has leased approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space. In 1998, he delivered 600 Northpark 78 percent pre-leased and brought the building to 93 percent occupancy within nine months of delivery.
Mr. Nash is a member of the Georgia Chapter National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he is a three-time recipient of the Top Five Producers Award. He has also been a member of the Million Dollar Club since its inception in 1989.
Mr. Nash is also on the Advisory Board of Dorey’s Office Guide. He received a BS in Business Administration from Kennesaw College.
