PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Robinson joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 1995 and has enjoyed over twenty-two years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Robinson served as Real Estate Manager for American Stores Properties, Inc. (Oak Brook, Illinois) securing properties in a three-state region for the development of Osco Drug stores. Mr. Robinson also previously served as Director of Development for the Midwest Region for Discovery Zone, L.P. (Chicago, Illinois) securing properties for its children’s indoor play facilities. In addition, Mr. Robinson served three years with The John Buck Company, Inc. (Chicago, Illinois) coordinating all tenant development for the world headquarters of the American Medical Association, and the regional law offices of Keck, Mahin & Cate and Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue in the R.R. Donnelley building. These projects involved over 700,000 square feet of space and $40 million of development.
SIGNIFICANT ASSIGNMENTS
From November 1997 to June 2000, Mr. Robinson assisted Zelman Retail Partners Inc. in securing two significant retail redevelopment opportunities in the St. Louis area. Mr. Robinson actively co-brokered the land acquisition of these complicated assemblages, involving over 120 parcels of real estate and handled leasing responsibilities for both projects.
Brentwood Square (Brentwood, Missouri) encompasses 16 acres of land, 200,000 square feet of retail development and was a $50 million project, while Olde Towne Plaza (Ballwin, Missouri)
encompasses 32 acres of land and nearly 287,000 square feet of retail development and was a $55 million project. Anchors for these projects include Whole Foods Market, REI, Lowe’s, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Stein Mart, Ultimate Electronics, Circuit City, Organized Living, Pier 1 Imports and Borders.
ACHIEVEMENTS
In 2001, Mr. Robinson received special recognition from CB Richard Ellis for ranking 17th out of 400 retail professionals nationally for revenue generation during 2000. In addition, Mr. Robinson ranked in the Top 5 in production for years 2000, 2001 and 2002 in the St. Louis office.

EDUCATION
In 1984, Mr. Robinson received his MBA with a concentration in Management from the University of Washington at Seattle. In 1978, Mr. Robinson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin
