Dick has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience representing a variety of clientele including Fortune 500 corporations and blue chip investors and projects throughout Florida. Mr. Skrovanek received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification in 1986.
Dick has been engaged by many major retail companies to perform their site selection work. Among the list of clients are NAPA (8 locations), Sembler Development for Eckerd Drugs, PWI Parts Warehouse, Inc., Div. Of Midas (5 completed, 6th in progress), Tire Kingdom (4 locations), Aarons Rents (6 locations), Save A Lot Grocery (3 locations), Huntington Bank (multiple locations in progress). Dick is currently active with a number of professional and civic organizations and is coordinator for the August ICSC Convention in Orlando for New America International.
