Richard Swentek is the President of Florida 1 Realty, Inc. Swentek has been licensed to practice real estate in the State of Florida since 1981 and as a broker since 1982. Swentek attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, as a Business Administration and Statistics major. He holds Graduate Level Accreditation # 753 with the Realtors Land Institute as a nationally recognized land consultant. He also holds a Graduate of the Realtors Institute #4711 diploma as well as numerous Appraisal Society, Certified Commercial Investment Member, expert witness, advanced accounting, land residual analysis and business analysis degrees, certifications and diplomas. He is active in music ministry at Burton Memorial United Methodist Church in Tavernier, Florida as a member of the contemporary worship band. He is a Founding member of the Upper Keys Christmas Project and serves as its President Chairman. He is a former President and Director of the Stillwright Point Owners Association as well Communications Officer with the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary Station Islamorada. As a former licensed State of Florida instructor, adjunct professor with Miami Dade University and District sales manager for The Keyes Company Coral Gables and Homestead for 23 years, he successfully educated and trained students and licensees for many years. Every profit, production, top sales producer development awards were earned by his offices and trainees.
