Richard started in the property business in 1978 with Bernard Thorpe & Partners (now DTZ) and enjoyed two spells with Michael Laurie / Morgan Grenfell Laurie before cofounding Ashwell Rogers in 1996 and Glinsman Weller in 2008.
Throughout his career, Richard has specialized in office agency and is constantly dealing with a wide range of projects for both landlords and tenants. In the last few months alone he has undertaken projects as diverse as acquiring 1,100 sq ft of offices at 12a Savile Row, W1 for private art dealers to advising The Grosvenor Estate on the letting of 14,000 sq ft of newly refurbished offices at 35 Grosvenor Street, W1.
