Rick Miller serves as the Regional Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of SVN Commercial Partners’ five office locations in Southeast and Southwest Florida. As Managing Director, Rick has responsibility for the overall operations of the Southeast and Southwest regions of Florida with five offices located in Boca Raton, Miami, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte and Sarasota. In his role, Rick focuses on brokerage operations, corporate leadership, profit and loss, recruiting, and strategic planning.
A veteran of commercial real estate in South Florida, Rick has a uniquely diverse background in corporate real estate. As both an in-house senior management executive responsible for core business operations and a nuanced commercial real estate advisor acting as an advocate on behalf of the end users of Corporate real estate, Rick has participated in over 500 transactions in multiple markets across the U.S.
Rick resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife Elizabeth and their two teenage children, both of whom attend St. John Paul II Academy in Boca Raton.
