Rick Nelson is an associate broker with Hoff and Leigh and joined them when he moved from suburban Chicago to Castle Rock in 2015. He has been working in the commercial real estate field since 2005 and specializes in working with small business owners in providing comprehensive solutions for their real estate needs. Rick is comfortable in all sides of real estate transactions representing both landlords and tenants in purchasing, selling, or lease transactions. Rick especially has a passion for retail development and sees great opportunities to serve the retail and small office community in this market.
He is a firm believer in community involvement through local business organizations such as the chamber of commerce and has held leadership positions in the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce in suburban Chicago. He is greatly looking forward to continue that involvement in the Castle Rock area which also includes being a member of the Castle Rock Rotary club. Rick has served as president of his local Rotary club in suburban Chicago and enjoys the great service that Rotary can bring to the local community of Castle Rock.
He loves exploring his great new state of Colorado for its natural beauty and getting to know the small business community up and down the Front Range to assist them with their real estate needs.
