Bio
Rick joined Dylan Commercial Realty in 2017 and provides over fifteen years of experience in personal/family business operations and real estate investments. Prior to joining DCR, Rick gained invaluable experience orchestrating the real estate purchase, construction financing, physical construction, licensing process, and operational oversight of his 11,000 SF childcare business in Cedar Park, TX.
Today, Rick remains involved with his childcare facility. He also served in an advisory role to the Board of Directors of a family-owned residential treatment center in Tucson, AZ until its sale in early 2018. Rick takes great pride in his ability to empathize with clients. He understands the financial risks and associated stresses from having skin in the game.
Rick has also spent time in media advertising sales. While designing programs to efficiently maximize visibility and profitability, he worked with clients including MillerCoors, Budweiser, The University of Texas, Houston Astros, Houston Texans, Buffalo Wild Wings, Frost Bank, Louis Shanks, Third Base, and USA Football.
Rick holds his Texas Real Estate Salesperson License as well as a B.S. in Business with a dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University. While attending Trinity, he was a member of the baseball team. In his free time, Rick loves spending time at his ranch outside of Fredericksburg with his wife and two children.
