Mrs. Lawrence is a Senior Marketing Specialist within Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group who manages and implements the team’s marketing operations and strategies. Mrs. Lawrence, who joined the team in 2014, is responsible for the team’s marketing materials and client deliverables, including creating written content, custom graphics, photography/photo editing and layout design for offering memorandums, presentations, broker opinion of values, brochures and flyers. Additionally, Mrs. Lawrence maintains the team’s website and generates email campaigns and online postings. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Lawrence served as Operations Manager and Marketing Specialist for CBRE’s Capital Markets/Institutional Group, where she participated in transactions valued in excess of $6 billion between 2002 and 2014.
