Riley is an Associate of Investments with Marcus & Millichap, holding the title of Associate Director within the National Retail Group (NRG). Riley focuses on the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant NNN assets throughout Texas and the US.
With over ten years of real estate experience, Riley has a reputation for his vast (in-depth) submarket knowledge and comprehensive underwriting skills. Riley’s expert knowledge of construction costs, land development (foreign and domestic), site infrastructure analysis, syndication, and financial modeling allow him to provide unique perspective on the sale of various commercial retail assets.
Before returning to Marcus & Millichap, Riley worked at Colliers International in retail investment sales. Previously, Riley worked as an Investment Consultant for Pristine Bay Hotel Development Group where he specialized in direct marketing and sales efforts to private clients for various Western Caribbean commercial real estate assets.
Education includes B.A. in Communication; Specializing Communication Studies at St. Edward’s University- Austin, TX. Riley is a member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and a member of Trees for Houston.
A Houston native, Riley attended Episcopal High School and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Lee-Taylor, traveling, snowboarding and fishing.
