Rip Walker, MAI, has been a real estate appraiser for over thirty years and obtained his MAI designation in 1985. Because of his long term career, Rip has been involved in some of the most complex appraisal assignments in his market area. He was the president of the Mississippi Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 1998, and of the Memphis Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in 2009.
