Mr. Ades joined the operating team of Rugby Realty in 2005, after spending the previous seven years working in Rugby’s sister retail company, A&E Stores, Inc. In the eight years since joining the commercial real estate business, Rob has overseen many millions of dollars’ worth of important capital expenditure projects and tenant improvement projects. He has personally been responsible for asset management for all properties in New York and Connecticut.
