As Vice President of CenterCore Properties, Rob is responsible for the sourcing and underwriting of acquisition opportunities. In addition, he oversees leasing activity related to the company’s existing portfolio. Rob joined CenterCore in July 2016 and has nine years of commercial real estate experience.
Previously, Rob was a regional financial analyst with DCT Industrial and was responsible for underwriting new acquisitions across the company’s central region as well as the management of its portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Real Estate and Structured Products consulting group in which he provided valuation and underwriting services across all asset classes of real estate. Additionally, he was a transaction manager with UGL Equis, focused on tenant representation, and a financial analyst with GlenStar Properties in which he underwrote office acquisitions and assisted in the management of the company’s office portfolio.
Rob received his bachelors degree in finance from Miami University and his masters of business administration from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Rob is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a board member of the DePaul Real Estate Alumni Alliance (DREAA).
