Rob has specialized in development and brokerage since 2002, building his reputation as an expert in managing complex transactions. He is a principal and owner in several developments in the St. Louis region, and continues to focus his practice on food and beverage companies, urban in-fill and leveraging credits and incentives. Before moving to LCG Capital Management, Rob led Conrad Properties procurement of new projects, acquisitions, and developments, including CPC Hospitality, Conrad’s Hotel Division. He gained more specialized knowledge of the St. Louis development and brokerage market working over four years at Maune Development as head of Portfolio and Project Management. Prior to that, Rob began his commercial real estate career as a property manager at Colliers International and most recently was President at DCM Group. Rob received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from St. Louis University in 2001, focusing on management and business development. Rob has been awarded Best ULI Young Leader Group, and featured in Alive Magazine and Saint Louis Commerce Magazine.
