Rob and Pam Schabatka know Sedona AZ and the Verde Valley very well having been residents since 1980. Teaming up in real estate is not the first time they have partnered up. After raising three children in the area, they decided helping others move to and sell their Sedona dream properties would be their next challenge.
Rob was born in Payson AZ. He was raised in multiple towns across Northern AZ, before his family settled in Flagstaff, AZ during his middle school years.
Pam Schabatka was born in Canada during the time her father was a professor at a University in Edmonton, Alberta. Her family moved to a few other places in her early childhood before they ended up finding permanent residence in Flagstaff, AZ.
Rob has a unique advantage as a realtor after spending the majority of his early professional career as a licensed General Contractor in the area. He has seen a lot of growth in the area and can give you a perspective that is different than a typical real estate agent.
Pam is focused on the marketing side of the business, with years of real estate marketing and selling experience. She works in tandem with Rob to ensure that you, the customer, receive the best possible real estate experience.
