He began his career in Columbus, Ohio while attending The University of Ohio State and receiving his bachelor degree in Hospitality Management in 1991. He started his hospitality career with Winegardner and Hammons in 1989 and has worked for Impac Hotels, Lodgian and B.f Saul Company, before starting his own management company in 2008.
