Mr. Zaharia serves as Vice President for NAI Capital where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition and management of investment income property throughout Los Angeles County with a specific emphasis on the Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire and Downtown areas. In addition to his multifamily expertise, Rob routinely represents buyers in the acquisition of single tenant, triple net and retail properties throughout the country. With roughly $100 million in sales over the last three years alone, Rob knows what it takes to get deals done in today‘s challenging market. His ability to thoroughly dissect deals along with his in-depth understanding of underwriting standards within the current lending atmosphere is detrimental to successful transactions. His encyclopedic market knowledge, resources and marketing expertise consistently deliver successful results to his clients and afford both sellers and buyers security in knowing that Rob is in charge of their transaction.
