Robby Cloar is an Ormond Beach native and is passionate about the local community and selling real estate where he was born & raised. Real Estate investment & Development has been the family business for more than 30 years providing Robby with the background and expertise to assist buyers or sellers with their individual needs. Robby graduated from Rollins College with a degree in International Business with Communication Minor and has over 11 years of sales experience.
Robby’s area of expertise lies specifically in Mobile Home Communities. Manufactured housing communities have always presented an attractive alternative to the more conventional, permanent multi-family assets for various reasons. By their physical nature, manufactured housing assets necessitate far fewer maintenance and management oversight; thereby significantly reducing expense ratios and capital gains than their permanent housing counterparts.
Robby understands the unique aspects and requirements of manufactured housing real estate and personally Taylor’s to each client needs. Through this, Robby has individually facilitated the sale of a dozen manufactured communities of all sizes reaching sales upwards of ten million dollars. Through these transactions I have cultivated a number of qualified buyers looking to build their portfolio in Central Florida.
