Robert M. Agentis, Senior Advisor, brings four decades of commercial real estate experience to Emerald Realty Group. A lifelong resident of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Agentis studied at the North Board of Realtors, Philadelphia, Penn State University, Realtors National Marketing Institute (RNMI), Mark Long Securities and Syndication Institute, the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute (RSSI), and the Practicing Law Institute. He operated Agentis Real Estate Corporation from 1978 until 2015. A graduate of Liberty High School, he began his career as a full-time licensed real estate professional in 1967 and has developed numerous corporate, commercial, and residential projects.
Agentis is experienced in acquisition, appraisal, construction, development, commercial and industrial properties, finance, leasing, property management, syndication, and sales.
