Career Summary
Robert Borden is a Senior Vice President in the JLL Capital Markets Group. His responsibility is to provide financial oversight and deal execution for the firm's New England financing transactions, arraigning debt for institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining the Debt Finance team, Robert spent 8 years on the firm's Investment Sales team where he participated in over 60 sales transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $3 billion.
Robert has over 10 years of commercial real estate experience and has also spent time working internationally. He previously worked in JLL's Corporate Finance Group in Frankfurt, Germany where he focused on fund placement and indirect business lines.
Education and Affiliations
Robert is a graduate of Middlebury College, from which he earned a BA degree in History. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), as well as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
