Bob specializes in Retail Leasing and Tenant Representation in the Washington DC/Baltimore markets. He has been active in retail brokerage since 1994 and joined KLNB as Senior Vice President in 2019. Before joining KLNB, Bob was Vice President for the Retail Services division at Colliers International in the Washington, DC office. Bob worked for Trammell Crow Company focusing on Corporate Services and Retail Leasing in Orlando.
Bob has various long standing client relationships and serves as master broker for multiple retailers in several market across the US. He represented ExxonMobil for over 15 years providing a wide range of services and expertise that include market analysis and reporting, site evaluation, sale/lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. He specializes in the procurement of commercial/land/retail developments in Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, additionally included the redevelopment of gas stations in Florida. Retailers he has advised include Taco Bell, Walgreens, Starbucks, AmSouth/Regions Bank and Family Dollar.
The majority of Bob’s business can be attributed to Corporate Advisory, Retail Tenant Representation and Development. He has, and currently represents various clients, specializing in large scale retail initiatives in the mid-Atlantic region.
