Robert started his commercial real estate career in 2005 selling retail and office investment properties in the Orlando and Tampa markets. Waterford Construction, Tampa's most successful office park developers, engaged Robert to negotiate a 9 acres deal with Tupperware Corporation for their first Orlando park. In 2007 Robert joined Westfield in Australia as a Retail Leasing Executive with responsibilities including Westfield North Rocks and on the Westfield Parramatta team (the 2nd largest shopping centre in Australia at the time with 480 tenants over 6 levels and a market value of ~$,1.4 Billion USD). In addition to assembling various successful real estate partnerships, joint ventures, and off market brokerage deals, Robert commenced consulting with Cost Segregation Services, Inc., the nation's leading engineered cost segregation firm, in 2010 to complete the studies required to save his clients tens of millions in tax savings. Robert has been nationally published author on the engineered cost segregation topic ,and he has been a speaker at ICSC, CCIM, CPA, and tax attorney events.
