Rob Faktorow is Vice Chairmen at CBRE and has been with the firm for 37 years. Rob was an early entrant into the data center business and in 1997 was the founding member of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions Group. He has also been a member of CBRE’s Institutional Investment Sales Group as well as the Americas Broker Advisory Board at CBRE. Rob currently serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and Data Center Advisory Board. Rob’s practice includes multi-disciplined expertise in data center investment sales and occupier representation. This diverse background affords Rob an inimitable perspective in advising clients on complex real estate decisions. He is widely regarded as one of the premier data center real estate advisors in the United States. Working with a wide range of data center uses including banking and financial services, government contracting, media, technology, cloud computing, and telecommunications, Rob has crafted unique outcomes for the firm’s clients by sharing trends across the spectrum of industries and applying his knowledge of leasing trends impacting data center property values. With a long history of institutional capital markets experience, Mr. Faktorow has completed the sale, recapitalization, or joint venture structure of more than 250 buildings with a total aggregate value in excess of $20 billion.
