Rob Forenza founded Applied Capital in 2008. Prior to Applied Capital, he worked for large international commercial real estate firm ten years earlier. His background includes the practice of law for the City of Denver and a boutique firm active in general litigation in Colorado. Rob has been involved in all aspects of office properties from leasing and selling office buildings to representing tenants in their search for space. He is an expert in the area of investment sales.
