Previously Robert Gilmore worked at CBRE as the Senior Managing Director for Advisory & Transaction Services | Occupier, where he led the Occupier accounts in Latin America. He was responsible for winning, keeping and growing accounts providing regional and local transaction management, portfolio strategy, portfolio services, project management and a host of value-added service lines. He was also responsible for delivering real estate and facilities services to occupiers throughout the Latin America and for sales activities across the Latin America, including cultivation, renewals, expansions, and winning new business.
Mr. Gilmore specialized in portfolio strategy, financial analysis, organizational alignment and occupancy cost reduction. He has helped dozens of Fortune 500 companies maximize the productive value of their real estate portfolios, minimize total occupancy costs and streamline operations.
