Robert C. Gomez is the Executive Director and a Broker Associate at RE/MAX Metro, Commercial Division. Robert specializes in sales and leasing of commercial property in the Tampa Bay area. Robert’s extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry includes locating commercial foreclosure properties, re-zoning, site location, development, build-outs, permitting regulations, lease-space and tenant management. Previously, Robert was responsible for the establishment and development of several national distributorship companies resulting in annual sales in the millions. Robert is a proven member of the national, state and local Commercial Real Estate Organizations and Associations.
