Bio
As Vice President of Investments, Robert Granda focuses on the acquisition and disposition of both multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties and provides advisory services to both private and institutional clients throughout South Florida. Mr. Granda takes pride in forming long-standing advisory relationships with a broad spectrum of property owners including private investors, foreign investors, developers, REITS, and private equity groups to help them achieve their investment goals and create strategic plans for long-term portfolio growth. He also has experience in investment sales, acquisitions, NOI maximization and expense reduction, strategic positioning, and marketing.
Mr. Granda has served as Associate Director for the National Retail group at Marcus & Millichap. Previously, he also served as the firm’s Sales Manager for the Miami office providing support and oversight to more than 40 agents and $750 million in closed transactions.
Active in the commercial real estate community, Mr. Granda has been recognized on many occasions throughout his career including receiving the Marcus & Millichap’s prestigious Pace Setter Award in 2012. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and several other professional networking groups.
He received his Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University Huizenga School of Business and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a licensed salesperson in the state of Florida.
