Mr. Howe has been in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 2003. and practices all aspects of Commercial Real Estate. His Commercial Real Estate Brokerage experience includes : Leasing/Sales of Office , Retail , Land, Multi-Families, Mixed Use Retail/Multi-Family, Warehouse, and Businesses w/o Real Estate. His Brokerage experience includes representing both buyers and sellers. In addition to Commercial Brokerage he also has years of Property Management Experience with his own Commercial Properties: Motel, Multi-family, and Mobile Home Park, all in the capital district. Mr. Howe has a BS in Business Administration with a minor in marketing from Plymouth State University and a strong entrepreneurial background having owned and operated several different successful businesses since 1986. He is a member of: CIREB,GCAR, NYSAR,NAR, Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, The Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau, and a past president of Queensbury Kiwanis.
