Rob Kuppersmith is a key member of C&W’s Long Island office, where he has worked over the last 14 years. Mr. Kuppersmith specializes in both tenant and agency representation and new business development. In addition to servicing his own clients, Mr. Kuppersmith participates in the execution of nearly every transaction completed by the members of his team.
He has worked on some of the area’s most notable transactions. In 2005, he and his partner represented ownership at 1111 Marcus in the largest lease transaction of the year – a 454,000 square foot lease for North Shore Long Island Jewish.
Throughout his career his tenant representation clients have included tenants both large and small such as AXA Financial, The National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Rothstein Kass, Symbol technologies, Cygnus Business Media, Reunion Newco, Starbucks, Baltic Linen Crate & Barrel, A/X Armani Exchange, Karen Millen, JetBlue Airways, Dormitory Authority State of New York, Winthrop University Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital for Children. On the agency side, Mr. Kuppersmith has worked on property leasing assignments for Reckson Plaza formerly EAB Plaza, Town Center at Central Islip, 1000 Woodbury Road, 285 Madison Avenue, 350 Park Avenue, 625 Madison Avenue, 1111 Marcus Avenue, 330 Old Country Road and Sunrise Business Center.
