Robert Kwiatkowski joined RJ Brune1li & Co., LLC in 2019 as Vice President of Tenant Representation. Rob has nearly 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate field working for retailers Toys ‘R Us, National Wholesale Liquidators, and Pathmark Stores. His responsibilities at the various companies included implementing their new store growth programs, evaluating existing assets, developing a strategic plan for each location, and overseeing the property management and administration of real estate matters for all properties including operating stores, surplus property and distribution centers.
Among his responsibilities at RJ Brunelli & Co., LLC, Rob will serve as account manager for Jersey Strong, formerly Work Out World, which RJ Brunelli & Co., LLC has represented for over 25 years.
