ROBERT M. LEA, MAI, has been working in the field of real estate appraisal, analysis and consulting since 1965. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from UCLA with specializations in real estate and finance and has attended the USC Graduate School of Management in the same fields. Mr. Lea is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser of the state of California. He has held the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute since 1972 and has held various elected and appointed positions for the Institute at the local, regional and national levels. Mr. Lea is a past President of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and presently sits on the National Admissions Committee. His work covers a broad range of appraisal and consulting assignments, litigation support, and expert testimony. He has also taught, published and lectured in the appraisal field.
