Robert Lewis, a partner in the firm, has been actively involved in several facets of the industry since he began his real estate career in New York City in 1982. Upon moving to Westport, CT in 1985 he focused on pursuing commercial real estate with Grubb & Ellis, marketing class A office space and representing corporate clients. With Vidal, Inc. in the early 1990s, he supervised the management of several office properties for major Connecticut banking institutions, along with representing building owners and tenants in numerous sales and leasing transactions. After gaining further experience with two other CT commercial real estate firms, Bob returned to Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, as a partner in 2005 where he continues to focus on user and investment sale transactions, along with representing landlords and tenants in office and retail lease transactions. Bob had been active in coaching in the Westport youth athletic leagues, and contributing to the Art Smart program during his children’s school days. Outside of commercial real estate his chief interests are travel, playing music and riding motorcycles.
