Robert specialized for the past 24 years in the sale and leasing of retail properties such as shopping centers, big box, fast food and free standing buildings, as well as other commercial developments. He has also successfully assisted in helping to build a strong brokerage team for the Detroit office and is well received in the market.
He is presently working with local and regional commercial developers on land sales, assemblages and new developments, as well as build-to-suits for various retailers, medical, and commercial users, which also includes investment sales of commercial buildings and shopping centers.
Robert has done Tenant Representation work with many companies like Walgreens, many Health care providers, Payless ShoeSource, Radio Shack, Golden Corral Restaurants, Arby’s, Dunkin/Baskin Robbins, IHOP and many bank branches.
He is also noted for his strong listing capabilities and has a great reputation among local, regional developers and investors nationwide.
Robert has been covering the entire State of Michigan and Northeastern Ohio markets and has successfully helped several national tenants secure locations and expand their existing market presence as well as the disposition of any unwanted real estate in their portfolio. He also works with many banks on their REO assets.
Presently controlling over 2 million square feet of project leasing assignments on an on-going basis, he has a pulse on what’s going on in the market today.
