Rob joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 on a team-based platform with a core focus in multi-tenant office and R&D product types. He and his team have driven value to their clients through uniquely sourced market data and have consistently demonstrated how that data can be applied to achieve the goals of their clients. His decade of market experience coupled with servicing institutional and private clients has played a fundamental role in the development of his comprehensive practice. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rob worked with a regional developer and serviced a 500,000 square foot portfolio across commercial office, R&D, industrial, and medical product types.
Rob is a Silicon Valley native, providing him with an intuitive sense of Bay Area market drivers – enabling him to quickly adapt to and evolve with the incredibly dynamic, ever-changing conditions of the Silicon Valley.
