Since obtaining his real estate license in 2005, Rob has closed in excess of 1,000 commercial transactions (of Q2 2024) with a transaction value in excess of $500M.
Rob is experienced in securing and closing transactions with Fortune 500 corporations, major health care providers such as Christiana Care, Bayhealth and Nemours, as well as Federal, State, and local government agencies. Rob is also experienced in working with small companies and everything in between.
Rob's major transactions include leases with Barclays Bank, Navient, Sallie Mae, and Grant Eisenhofer.
