Mr. Stillings has been involved in the real estate field for over thirty years. His prior employment includes President of Property Management Group, Inc. for six years and Vice President for the preceding seven years. Previous to this, he was affiliated with nationally known property management firms for nine years. His educational background includes the completion of the real estate curriculum at Prince Georges College, undergraduate studies at Kansas State College and the University of Kansas. Mr. Stillings is an EPA Certified Asbestos Planner and Inspector. He has also attended the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) University of Shopping Centers. Additionally, he has completed numerous educational courses in maintenance, operations and management of commercial real estate. He is responsible for the direct management of all properties including the monitoring and reporting of these operations to owners.
