As a Director of Colliers International I have been responsible for relationship management/liaison with Sainsbury's and Screfix.
On behalf of Sainsbury’s I am responsible for acquisitions in the north west London region. For Screwfix I work on the North London and East of London area for acquisitions. I am also working on Costa Coffee acquisitions in the london area. I am also assisting with acquisitions and disposals for Yorkshire Building Society.
Prior to joining Colliers International I was involved in Factory Outlet Development in Europe and I had an involvement in the UK on work for Ikea. Both on disposals and acquisitions.
I was also involved in site searching for out of town/edge of town development opportunities.
At some point I have met most of the European development funds and presented to many of them new opportunities for funding.
