For over 30 years, Robin Wherritt has provided corporate services for publicly traded companies and high-asset corporations with widespread portfolios. Based in the firm’s Orange County, California office, she has worked with healthcare and financial services firms with real estate needs across Canada, the United States and Puerto Rico. Over the course of her tenured career, Robin has advised her long-term clients with real estate in over 600 cities across the three countries. Robin assists her clients with all aspects of their real estate decisions. She provides her clients with ongoing lease administration services, critical lease date monitoring, annual real estate cost projections, site selection, lease negotiations, tenant improvement cost analysis and portfolio savings consultation. Robin and her team collect and analyze crucial real estate and employee occupancy requirements that factor into her clients ability to make informed business decisions. Her analyses and consultation allow companies to make short- and long-term decisions that will maximize their real estate savings potential. Prior to joining Savills, Robin worked with Cresa for 10 years and CBRE for 20 years, splitting her time between Orange County, California and New Orleans, Louisiana.
