Bio
Robynne spent 22 years in the Electrical Engineering field. Eight years were spent as an International Marketing and Product Manager negotiating with C-Level executives at Qualcomm, General Instrument, Kyocera, Ford, Medtronic, Sony and the like to facilitate global implementation of Design and Manufacturing software. In 2002 she began working in real estate full-time as an agent then as a Broker. Robynne did her first “fix and flip” in 1993. In 2006 after completing her CCIM education she moved into the apartment sector full-time. She currently has approximately 200,000 square feet of real estate holdings totaling approximately $24.5 million in assets under management (AUM), primarily comprised of multifamily real estate investments. Robynne has developed the unique skill set to find, negotiate, renovate and resell adaptive reuse and value add properties providing consistently strong returns for her investors. She works with communities to provide well built, safe apartment housing in which tenants can take pride.
